The pentabike was created in the early nineties as a reminder of the years I spent as a claim jumper in Alaska.
The four points represent the elements I needed to keep myself alive through the long winters:
Earth, Air, Water, Fire.
The fifth point at the bottom of the star indicates the direction I needed to travel in order to return home....SOUTH!
