We do our best to grab your order and turn it around as fast as possible. For expedited shipping please check on the UPS or USPS websites for their current delivery schedule.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes with USPS as your shipping option. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box with UPS Shipping, unless it is shipping to a UPS designated store.

How do I log in to my account?
To log in to your account you will need to click on the little person icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and either open a session or click on My Account. 

How do I request a new password?
Click on the little person icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on My Account. Enter your email address in the "Lost Your Password?" section at the bottom and hit enter. A new password will be emailed to the email address you have provided. Be sure to check junk or spam folders for the new password and then return and enter the new credentials on the same login page.

Was my order placed and/or where can I find the tracking number?
SockGuy wants you to be up to date on all your orders. Just log in with your account and then click on the little person icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. From the drop down click Order/Invoice.

I just received a promo code, how do I apply it to an order I just placed?
Promo codes can only be applied during checkout and cannot be applied afterward. Refunds cannot be issued for the amount of the promo code discount after the order has already been placed and/or received.

My sock is defective, how do I get a replacement?
If you received a pair of socks that are defective, email us a photo to customerservice@sockguy.com. SockGuy has a one-year warranty policy from when the socks were first purchased.

How do I exchange or return my socks?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 90 days of receipt for an exchange, or a refund. There are no restocking fees, you are just responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the product back to us. Please note, "End of Season" items are final sale.  Some exclusions apply*.
*Items purchased at one of our dealer locations will have to be returned to the original store for a refund according to their own policy.

How do I ship internationally?
International orders* are shipped via USPS unless otherwise instructed, and are generally received worldwide within 10-15 business days.  Shipping via USPS does have a tracking number but shipping time is unknown. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is unpredictable how long it will take to ship out of country or if there will be delays at Customs. Lost package claim is available but takes longer to process and no guarantee for full refund.
*Canadian orders are processed the same as orders within the United States.

How do I get started on a custom order?
To get started on creating your own custom socks with our team, you can email us at custom@sockguy.com or call us at our toll-free number. We will reply to your email within one business day. Please visit our Custom page for more details about ordering.

How do I find out what your custom lead time is?  
Custom delivery time is usually 4 - 6 weeks, but please contact us at custom@sockguy.com or call us at our toll-free number a to get a more precise timeline. 

When will an item be back in stock?
Some of our designs are limited edition production only, and some of them are more permanent fixtures in our store.  

How do I get SG socks in my retail store?

I am having a problem with a pair of my socks…What do I do?
If you have a warranty problem with any of our products please contact us at customerservice@sockguy.com OR you can call us on our toll-free: 1.888.232.5376. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products for one year from the purchase date.

Where are SockGuy socks made?
All of our socks are proudly made in the USA.

Are SG sock designs knitted into the sock, embroidered or heat transferred?
SockGuy designs are knitted into the sock, so there’s no worry about the design fading, disappearing;or coming out over time;and repeated washings.

What materials are SG socks made of?

Do you make women’s specific socks in a size L/XL? 
Our women's specific designs come in size S/M and fit women's shoe sizes 5-9. They can be found here.
We also have many unisex designs that come in both our Stretch-to-Fit S/M and L/XL sizes. All of our L/XL socks fit women’s shoe sizes 10-14.

How do I care for my SockGuy Socks? 
For the best results your socks should be turned inside-out and washed and dried on COOL or low heat. Do NOT use fabric softeners.
