The SockGuy Warehouse is open Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. PST.
We ship consumer orders within 72 business hours.
Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing longer than normal shipping delays. Shipments outside the U.S. may take longer depending on USPS or UPS.

We have been told that US Mail packages going to Canada have taken up to a month to receive. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Our standard shipping and handling fee for orders within the U.S. is calculated in real-time based on the weight of your order and the destination.
We use UPS Ground as our primary shipping method within the U.S.
Once orders leave the SockGuy Warehouse transit times vary depending on the destination:
If you need to your package delivered faster than UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, and Next Day are also available; higher rates apply.
International orders are generally received worldwide within 10-15 business days (subject to custom delays in receiving country).
All international consumer orders are shipped via USPS and we strongly recommend contacting one of our international distributors (link to dealer locator main page where there will be a list of distributors) based on the overseas shipping rates and inability to track packages once they leave the United States.

SockGuy is not responsible for any Fees, Duties or Taxes for Customs Clearance that may be applied to your order when transported across international borders.
